What to write about
A conversion that failed, a link the site would not accept, something on a page that is wrong or unclear, or a question these pages do not answer. If a particular video would not convert, including the address helps more than anything else you could say.
Copyright claims have their own requirements, set out on the copyright claims page, and following it makes a claim far quicker to act on.
What not to expect
This is a free service run without a support desk, so a reply may take a few days. There is no telephone number and no live chat, and anyone offering you one for this site is not us.
We cannot help with a video's own availability, with an account on another platform, or with whether a particular download is lawful where you live. That last one is a question for you, and if it matters, for a lawyer.
Where else to look first
Most of what people write in about is already covered by the FAQ on the home page, and the guide to how the converter works explains what quality the files come back at. Both are quicker than waiting for a reply.
